2009/2010 - Seminar: Warcraft III Level Design
Eveline Albers: Level Designer.
For the Warcraft III Night Elves campaign (custom) I set up the level #3: RTS systems where the player needs to battle through a part of the outlands, making use of the demonic Illidan and a corrupted Night Elf heroine. The goal of this level is to destroy Night Elf bases and claim territory of Outland.
I chose to follow this seminar to obtain more knowledge about level design. I have implemented height differences, spawn points that can be shut down by the player and several native hostile tribes to support the enemy base of the uncorrupted Night Elves. Furthermore, the base of Illidan contains corrupted Elf units to emphasize the plot point differences.

2009/2010 - Project: We Want You!

For the project 'We Want You!', we have created a concept for an electronic boardgame featuring lights, sounds and integrated dataprocessing. We attempt to visualise a strategic multiplayer computer game as a boardgame that interacts with the player.
This project obtained 4th place among 20 chosen concepts (out of 40) and will be developed in the project phase of April 2010.
