Entrance exam : Spiegelbeeld / Mirror image (2008)

To be allowed entrance to the Utrecht School of the Arts, we had to do an exam. We needed to create a board game that would be playable on the go. This game is for two players and the basic concept of my game is to try to catch the other player with the enchanted statue. This statue moves in the opposite direction you are moving.
I spent a lot of time making this game during my last year of multimedia production. The white pawns you can see on the board, are all modeled with clay.

We had to create an icon for a certain area in the school building. People should understand the meaning of the icon without any explanation. This assignment was performed in a team of two people. We were inspired by the picture you see on the right to create this icon.

For this art assignment, we had to create a picture from a before state and then a picture of an after state. The exact action that happened couldn't be displayed directly. It had to be clear from the after picture what had happened.
Did a lot of visual research for this assignment.

Mulu - UT 2004 DM map (2010)

For this ISA, I wanted to create an Unreal Tournament 2004 death match map where each weapon could be found in an environment that is best suited for battle with the weapon picked up in it.
